  • An Individual will be responsible for growth of two wheeler insurance business in the allotted cities across two wheeler dealers
  • Individual will act as second level escalation point for dealers sales team and HO based in Noida
  • Coordinate with local Dealer partnership for smooth running of business.
  • Hold monthly review meetings with Dealer partnerships.
  • Share monthly updates with management team on channel performance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of operations
  • Ensure Clear Travel Plans shared and mapped to Dealerships.
  • Liaison with Regional offices of the Manufacturer.
  • Regular Updates and Training of Dealership on Product.
  • Need to conduct and participate in sales Promotional Activities/camps to boost the sales.
  • Book-keeping & recording of daily business transactions.
  • Payroll Management. 
  • Assisting in preparation of financial statements, cash flow on a timely manner.
  • Handling accounts payable & receivable
  • Monthly MIS reports for sales, expenses and inflows.
  • Assisting in preparing data and filling of statutory compliance
  • Participating in team meetings, retreats and other events.
  • Supplying comprehensive information in response to internal and external requests.  
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business data, performance metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance, and provide regular reports to the top line management and executive team.
  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to gather and analyze data, identify business requirements, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide support in developing and executing strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights, business cases, and recommendations.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to the management and leadership team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize operations, and drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology, data analytics, and business intelligence tools, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business analytics capabilities.
